Michael Morlan, CEM, founded Two Rivers Emergency Management and leads its work as Principal. He brings more than 15 years of emergency management experience, and that practitioner background shapes TREM's approach: understand the organization, build practical solutions, communicate clearly, and deliver work that can be implemented.
